STOLEN PACKAGES
VRAI cannot be responsible for any stolen packages. For all residential suites, please consider contacting your building management in the event your package is stolen. As always, we are here for you and will do the best we can to ensure you have a positive experience with all concerns sent to info@vraioil.com.
DAMAGES
Please report any damages to your package within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Please attach any and all relevant photos or videos of damages to help better assist you. We stand behind our products with True results and take all matters seriously to better serve you.
